Things people usually ask

What does a first session actually look like?
We usually spend the first session listening and asking questions about how your business operates day-to-day. We may visit your premises or conduct the session over a call, depending on what makes sense. We take notes throughout. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of what we observed and what we would like to explore further.
How is this different from hiring a business coach?
Coaching often involves structured exercises and frameworks applied broadly. Our work is more observational — we spend time with your particular business, note what we see, and offer thoughts specific to your situation. We are not trying to change how you think; we are trying to help you see your business more clearly.
What size of business do you work with?
We work with small businesses — typically sole proprietors and teams of up to around twenty people across the Klang Valley and surrounding areas. If you are managing everything yourself and finding it hard to see the picture clearly, this kind of work is often most useful.
How long does the Field Observation engagement take?
The Field Observation is typically a half-day session plus written notes delivered within a week. The Pattern Review runs over four weeks with two scheduled sessions. The Notebook Partnership is six months with monthly contact. We scope each engagement carefully so the time asked of you is proportionate.
Will you share what you observe with anyone else?
No. Everything we observe or discuss is kept strictly between us. We do not share details of any client's situation with other clients or third parties. Your business is your own, and we treat that seriously.
What is included in the pricing listed?
All session time, preparation, written notes, and follow-up communication within the engagement scope are included. There are no hidden add-ons. If something you need falls outside the scope, we will let you know before any additional cost is considered.
